The LDS3000 AQ is a leak detector designed forvaccumulation testing. It supports operation withveither low-cost forming gas or helium, offering flexibility to meet both application and cost requirements. Forming gas is a commonly used gas mixture, consisting mainly of nitrogen (95%) – with 5% hydrogen as the actual tracer gas. The LDS3000 AQ detects leaks down to a range of 10-5 mbar∙l/s with both gas options.

Users simply enter a few key parameters— such as chamber size, tracer gas type, and target leak rate— and the system automatically calculates a recommended measuring period, which can be accepted with a single confirmation.
